Shipping policy

Ready-stock items are dispatched from Jaipur, Rajasthan within 2 business days of payment confirmation. You receive a WhatsApp/email with the courier name, AWB number and tracking link as soon as the parcel is handed over.

Delivery usually takes 3–7 days depending on your pincode; the estimate is shown at checkout. Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 and above; a flat ₹79 applies below that. We currently ship within India only.

If a parcel is delayed beyond the estimate or marked lost by the courier, contact us and we will reship or refund in full.
