Returns, exchanges & refunds

You may request a size exchange or return within 7 days of delivery, provided the garment is unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos; we arrange the pickup. Reverse-shipping charges may be deducted for returns that are not due to a defect or our error.

If the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, we replace it or refund in full including shipping. Please report within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Garments stitched to your measurements or customised on request are non-returnable, except for manufacturing defects.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2 business days of receiving the return. Banks and UPI apps typically take 5–7 business days to show the credit.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they are dispatched. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number.
